With lacrosse starting and school picking up all I’ve had time for is twitter. I’m sitting in a library cubicle now studying for a test tomorrow and i have a lacrosse game in Miami on Friday.

Great and wild weekend. Went to Atlanta for the SEC Championship game, got into the game with some fake tickets… long story but it worked. (i didn’t know they were fake until after) Gators won. What more could you ask for?
3 finals this week? why would I ask for that? well that just happened. Now I’m just lounging in the library sitting in a cubicle taking the time out to update.
Anyway, I plan on uploading some pics later. Check the flickr/twitter. back to studying. cya
man, what a couple of brutal weeks. I pulled like 3 all nighters and now my sleep schedule is ruined (Hence why I am up at 5 am again). On top of that i still Missed the due date on this research paper.
Other than that I managed to try out for an anchor position on the news. It was actually my first time in front of a television camera in a studio. I believe it went okay. It was tough at first but then i began to settle in. I tried out for news first, then sports, and then entertainment. Only problem was there were so many people there reading the same thing -over and over again. blahhhh took like 4 hours to try out for about 5 minutes.

All in all, it was pretty exciting to get in front of the camera finally. I got the research paper done and i actually bought WoW…. ehhh I also picked up God of War and a crazy RPG that i haven’t heard of before (we’ll see how that goes).

Anyway, this is my down time. Thanksgiving break starts next Wednesday but hopefully I can extend it some more and start it this weekend (a week off). Please excuse my lack of grammar. I just don’t want to think about it at all right now (research paper + all nighters = brain damage). I hope I can get my sleep schedule back : X

I’m working camera 3 tomorrow for first edition and prompter on Friday… besides that I’m just going to be popping in to see if i am needed over at the studio. we’ll see.

Pretty good weekend in all and now i have three test this week so blah.
My weekend has officially started. No work and no school tomorrow and it feels great. It was a trying week that’s for sure. I nearly starved because i sort of ran out of food and i had no car to get to the grocery store. What happened to my car you ask? well, i had to take it in and get the whole clutch replaced. A nice way to spend a G in a day when you’re trying to get the new MacBook lol. I still have to take it back to replace my oil pan which will be another 5 Hundo.
Alas, it’s homecoming weekend. A long weekend where the city comes alive and crowds the bars. Its going to be fun and i’m getting that calm feeling over me, almost like you’re content with taking a nap or laying out in this abnormally nice sunny weather. Everything is all good. Have one on me. Cheers

hey, so I officially started at WUFT here in Gainesville.
My first day was pretty fun and very interesting… I almost worked a camera without even watching the training video (didn’t surprise me). I got to be on the floor while taping and just basically shadowed people a bit. I’m in the rotation now and I’m learning the ropes and it seems like I’m already completely in the mix of things.
Unfortunately for you all, I cannot find the connector cord for my iPhone to connect to my computer so I have to e-mail photos to myself for now. However, my iPhone was replaced recently so my e-mail isn’t even set up…… super lame. Anyway, when I get them set up, I will are a few pics.
15 mins before class, taking a break from writing my paper to get you caught up…
well, i’m messing around the net with some pandora. completed 1/5th of my research paper due tomorrow funn. if i get like 3/5th done before lacrosse practice i’ll go today, i think thats manageable. I’m just a little worried about citation though my prof. seems to be a stickler about it…
My laptop was delivered from HP via DHL today, although they forgot to replace my broken a/c adapter so i still cant power it on…. figures lol.

Sorry i have been so busy with tests that i haven’t found the time to write about what is going on in a while. Anyway, i have a 2500 word paper due on Friday and i haven’t really started writing it, but Ive been doing some decent research and partly cloudy brainstorming so Ive found a small bit of time to keep you in the loop.
Although I was planning on concentrating on school and putting lax on the back burner for this preseason; I did go to Lacrosse practice this week (Monday and today). I’m planning on going tomorrow too; pending the status of my paper. We have the Alumni game Friday night then a benefit golf tournament with the alumni Saturday morning followed by many hours of tailgating for the LSU game.
As for the WUFT thing, i talked to Molly and gave her my schedule so i can begin ASAP. It feels great to take the first step into the world of TV (even if its at PBS). Ill be getting me some sweet behind the scenes work with some cameras and some production. Then, hopefully my buddy Andrew up in NY at NYU can hit me with some great internships this summer.
